The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after your order is delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: As per our policy, returns are only accepted in case of a damaged or defective product.

Customers are required to share a clear unboxing video as proof, recorded from the moment the package is opened, without any cuts or edits.
Return requests without valid video proof may be rejected as per our policy.
For size issues, we offer only exchanges, and that too as per the terms of our exchange policy.

         To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Include the original packaging and all accessories.
  • Have the original tags intact (tags must not be removed or tampered with).
  • Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing tags will not be eligible for return. 
  • In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.

Exchanges are available for items of the same value or higher, subject to stock availability.

 Courier and Packaging Charges:

• • • Customers will be responsible for paying the courier charges associated with returning the product for exchange.
    • A nominal packaging and handling fee of ₹500 will also apply to process the exchange.

       

      Product Condition:

      • The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
      • Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.
      • If the customer's pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges upto ₹100 are 100% refundable if customer receives defective/wrong product(s).
      • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.
      • Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept return/refund or perform an exchange for the Boxer Shorts.
